PaperHelp Review: A Good but Imperfect Writing Service
My Rating: 6/10 – Satisfactory
- attractive design
- various payment methods
- good online reputation
- irrelevant information on pricing
- fake video reviews
- no specific information about writers
When you surf the internet looking for someone who can help you with homework, you’ll meet hundreds of offers. Individual writers, freelancers, writing services — all of them are eager to help you and make some money.
Some might say that it’s cheating, and they would be right. But let’s face it: we have to be creative to survive and succeed. PaperHelp is a writing service with a friendly interface and memorable design that helps students deal with their assignments.
Looking for the best writing service in 2021?
In my PaperHelp review, I’ll share information that I consider helpful and necessary to know before ordering from this company. My review will cover both the advantages and disadvantages of this service so that you’ll be able to make a well-balanced decision.
Design and Interface 8/10
I won’t lie: PaperHelp is really stylish! These guys know how to grab your attention. Cool theme, bright colors, an intuitive interface — PaperHelp has done everything possible to make its website look good. Contrast colors don’t irritate the eyes, but instead highlight important elements.
You can calculate your price on the main page or check the Prices page. If you don’t find the necessary information at once, check the FAQ section. You can also contact a support manager at any time:
PaperHelp works with different types of payments: credit cards, PayPal, and UnionPay.
However, I can’t give it a 10 because the user profile doesn’t look as good as the website itself:
Maybe it’s practical, but it’s relevant to the style of the main page and the website’s content, and that’s a minus. However, I like PaperHelp’s design and concept in general.
Customer Feedback and Online Reputation 7/10
Looking good may be essential for an online writing service, but the most significant part is the quality of the samples.
The most reliable way to evaluate the quality (and which I used for my PaperHelp review) is to place a test order and find out how the writer will deal with it. But if you don’t want to spend money or wait too long, check the testimonials on the site and on the Internet.
I visited the testimonials section, where I found seven text reviews (six positive and one negative) and five video reviews. Being realistic, I don’t think that anyone in their right mind would post a video review on the site of a writing service.
First of all, making and uploading a video takes time. Secondly, your professor or instructor might see it and accuse you of cheating! Anyway, I don’t think that these video reviews are genuine.
In general, I don’t trust the testimonials that are posted on the site, as they are thoroughly moderated by the site’s administrator. That’s why I’ve decided to check PaperHelp reviews online.
The majority of review sites give a good rating:
Of course, I also found a negative PaperHelp review, but I’m not sure whether it’s valid or not:
As you can see, PaperHelp posts fake video reviews on their site the same way other services do. However, their online reputation is pretty impeccable.
Pricing and Discounts 6/10
This service has affordable prices as mentioned in other PaperHelp reviews. In addition to attractive prices, the company also offers many discounts and bonuses. You may also become a member of the loyalty program:
Registered customers also get special discounts for their birthday and other holidays. The first-timers get a special promo code:
Obviously, PaperHelp takes care of its clients, especially returning ones. However, there are some pitfalls, and I want to warn you.
The information about the prices on the main page isn’t relevant to the information in the actual order form. Prices for samples are equal, but the cost of additional services differs, and it may cause confusion. Take a closer look at the following table:
|Price on the main page||Price in the order form|
|VIP Customer Support||$14.99||$14.99|
|Preferred Writer Category||$14.99||Depends on the writer’s category and the number of pages|
|Table of Contents/Outline||$9.99||$9.99|
|Editor’s Check||$14.99||$14.45 FOR ONE PAGE|
Although customers see an actual price when they place an order, this irrelevance can be considered an attempt to trick the site’s visitors. Maybe it’s simple negligence, but it’s not a good look for the employees of the writing service.
I’ m not a big fan of withholding information. When I order something online, I want to gather all the necessary data: policies, guarantees, benefits, etc. Unfortunately, PaperHelp doesn’t provide much information about its writers.
I’ve found only a few questions about writers in the FAQ section:
All the answers are general and don’t provide information on specific writers. Other writing services that I’ve seen give access to the writers’ profiles. There, you can find relevant data about writers’ ratings, completed orders, education, work experience, and customers’ comments.
I think that this information has to be open and available on the site. Therefore, it’s a big disadvantage of the PaperHelp service.
PaperHelp Review: Verdict 6/10
I don’t consider PaperHelp to be the worst writing service ever. It has many advantages: a stylish interface, affordable prices, and various discounts. But it also has some weak spots. I don’t want to recommend you anything in particular. Read my PaperHelp review attentively and decide for yourself!
